Shipping

All shipping is handled by USPS. If you prefer a different shipping method, please contact me and we can work something out. International shipping is currently not available, but can be handled on a case by case basis. Please contact me if you require international shipping.

All products are shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise noted. You will be informed if your product is taking longer than usual to ship. Custom items can take one to two additional days to be designed before being manufactured and shipped. You will be emailed a draft of your custom item for approval before it can be created and shipped. 3D printed products can take up to 2 weeks to be manufactured and shipped, but most take about 4 days.

Pick-up is available for local buyers. Please contact me before placing an order so we can make arrangements. We are located in Salem, WI.

Returns

If there is a problem with your order, please let us know. There is a 14 day return policy for a full refund on unopened, undamaged items. Custom items cannot be returned.
